Store Pick-Ups

Are you local and want to pick up in store?!

At checkout, select our "free shipping" option.  

Once you complete checkout, you will receive an email with your order information. Email info@vinnielouise.com within 24 hours to let us know which store you would prefer to pick up your order. 

Store Locations for Pick Up: East Nashville, 12 South, L&L Market or Downtown Franklin.

Once we process your order, we will alert you via email notifying you that your order is ready. (Please check your spam - sometimes emails find their way there!)

Give a staff member your name to pick up your order inside the shop! 

Store pick-ups fall under the current in-store/online return policy. You have 7 days from your purchase date for a full refund or exchange and an additional 7 days following the refund period to return the items for shop credit.
